Boca Raton, FL – Progressive Democrats of America announced their endorsement of Oliver Larkin in Florida’s 23rd district Democratic primary against incumbent U.S. Rep. Jared Moskowitz on Wednesday.
“Our campaign is grateful for the support of Progressive Democrats of America and PDA members, including many right here in Broward and Palm Beach,” Larkin said in an accompanying statement. “To win Medicare for All, overturn Citizens United, and take on the big corporations and billionaire class to build an economy that works for all of us, we need progressive leadership in districts like ours. On August 18, South Florida voters can choose between a corporate Democrat and one who rejects corporate PAC donations and fights for our universal healthcare and economic rights. PDA and our campaign know which side we are on.”
Progressive Democrats of America was founded in 2004. Its endorsed candidates include the recently-elected Democratic U.S. Rep. Adelita Grijalva in Arizona’s 7th congressional district July 2025 special primary election, and Democratic nominee Analilia Mejia, the candidate in next week’s April 16 New Jersey 11th congressional district special election to serve the remainder of New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill’s term.
PDA’s endorsement is Larkin’s 20th public endorsement of the Democratic primary campaign.
